Trevor Sidwell of Carty Gwilym

Trevor is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, having obtained his AACI, P. App. designation in 2018. In 2007, Trevor completed his undergrad at Carleton University, having obtained an Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications.

He completed his appraisal education at the University of British Columbia and obtained his Diploma in Urban Land Economics in 2017. Having lived and worked in the Ottawa community his entire life, Trevor is well versed in the Ottawa market, having completed over 2,400 residential and non-residential appraisals since he joined the Carty Gwilym team in 2012.
