Ryan is currently enrolled at the University of British Columbia and is pursuing the AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Ryan re-entered the appraisal industry in 2021 after multiple years working in Sales & Marketing in the Sports & Entertainment field. Ryan has a background in both completing residential and commercial appraisal reports. He has worked as an analyst preparing reports for Forensic & Litigation support purposes on a wide variety of properties and is currently focusing on the Ottawa residential market. He has an undergraduate degree in Administration & Commerce from Western University in London, ON.
