What Clients are saying

  • I was the executor of my mothers estate and her house was the main asset. We had had a number of evaluations performed by real estate agents. My lawyer advised me to get a professional appraisal. The appraisal from Carty Gwilym independently confirmed the value of the property and satisfied everyone that market value was being obtained.

  • We were very satisfied with Carty Gwilym. After living in our house for 46 years we had no idea what our property was worth. With a realistic value we were able to list the house privately and quickly received a reasonable offer saving realtor fees. Thanks for a job well done.

    W & G

  • After years of discussion we decided to sell our house and move into a condo. After several real estate agents gave us conflicting appraisals we decided to get an appraisal from Carty Gwilym. We listed our house privately and it sold on the first weekend. We were very pleased!

    W & M

  • After my wife passed away I decided to move into something smaller. My agent and I decided on an asking price. After the property was on the market for a while we had no offers. At this point I decided to obtain an appraisal from Carty Gwilym. As a result of the appraisal, we adjusted the asking price and sold for the appraised value.
