Kevin Chafee has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2005 and is currently working to obtain his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation.

Kevin graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and continues to take courses towards obtaining a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate Degree (BBRE). He brings considerable experience and knowledge in the architectural and construction fields to the Carty Gwilym team.
